   so are all fish oil considered good? i just bought a sundown natural fish oil that is 1000mg from ralphs, but when i look at the label only 300 mg are EPA and DHA which are forms of omega 3s which leaves me to wonder what the other 700mg are. are there supplement where there are only pure omega 3s? if so does any1 know where to buy them

   What type of acne did you have? I have hormonal acne-one minute my skin is clear, the next minute is breaksout. What else has you noticed for your skin and other benefits?

    thank you for posting this. does it matter what type of fish oil that you would take or buy?
