Go on the version of the Paleo Diet that Wai recommends: eat raw egg yolk and sashimi (raw salmon, tuna, trout). Massive amounts of “clean” protein and “clean” cholesterol. Cooked animal products and pre-digested animal products such as milk are nothing but “dirty” protein and “dirty” cholesterol.

Just start eating apples people, especially on an empty stomach every other day–something about the malic acid in apples that’s a miracle ). No greasy foods for a while, or soda and dairy and you’re set. Simple advice from someone who’s been there and has spent more money on BS “cures” to care about. You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to save, including your bank account.
