just an update on my skin. it’s on the major up and up!
also, in the video i said i was going to try aveeno for a higher spf. i had to drop it because it broke me out. like EVERY OTHER SUNSCREEN i’ve ever tried (except for the olay with spf 15 of course so i guess i’ll be sticking with that for life)

thanks for this video i was about to buy the ambi soap but decided to hold off because i was unsure. you are right about the cetaphil i have used that before and it did work and ended using something else for some reason i also use it on my my 15month old daughters skin she has eczema and it works great. the palmers do u use it all over your skin or just on the spots? please do an update, thank you will appreciate.

the issue you were having with ambi doesnt have to do with salicylic acid its the cleanser itself. I had an ambi cleasnser and used it for a couple of weeks and started breaking out bad.

I have always battle with acne, too. I’m currently using Clique acne 3 step, acne spot gel, dramatically different moisturizer and skin has made a turn around. Occasionally i use Chetaphil, good stuff. great post!
