Hi Ray. Thanks a lot for sharing all your knowledge to help those of us who suffer from acne. I have severe cystic acne for the past 15 years (face, neck, back, shoulder). I’ve read every articles and try to follow eating the right diet and taking the necessary supplements. After 3 months of following your advice, I have noticed that I got much lesser new acne. My question is: 1) Since I start eating the right diet, I am always hungry all the time. Eating vegetables and eating only meat does not make me full at all, because I used to eat carb so much ( lots of rice and bread ). Do you have any tips on how to keep yourself from being hungry all the time and still eating the right diet? 2) I notice that there are several diet that should be followed. In your opinion, which one should I follow: a) Low glycemic diet b) Alkaline diet c) Anti Inflammatory Diet 3) You recommend so many vitamin, oils, enzymes and supplements. I want to clear my acne, but at the same time, I don’t want to spend way too much money every month. Can you rank from the most important to the least important, so I can prioritize. 4) I know that fast food is really bad for you, but I don’t cook, so I always buy food outside everyday. Can you give some suggestions on which food at popular fast food restaurants that won’t cause breakouts? Which food at Subway, mcdonald’s and Yoshinoya that you recommend the most? 5) Which meat ( red meat or white meat ) is healthier and the one you recommend? I heard that …

its true man, just think for a second, if it was diet related why would they want to tell us? acne products are a billion dollar industry, why would they give us an easy solution when they can make money

that’s true, if you don’t have acne you will not suddenly get acne because of diet. But if you do have acne, diet will and can affect your complexion and acne.

raykingofchina…they have done studies over and over and diet does not cause acne. The only thing that benefits your skin that has to do with food & drink is water. Water clears out toxins and keeps skin hydrated and healthy.

i do believe that diet has alot to do with acne. its really silly to think that topicals are the answer to everything. even famous dermatologists and surgeons acknowledge that diet and acne and aging go hand and hand. thanks for the vids!

@petsoon93, you heard that from someone who wants to sell face cream of some sort, no doubt. Loads of people, including myself, with severe acne, have successfully cleared it with diet. Go and have a look at rayking’s before and after pictures, for a start. And then read a book. Dipshit.

There are no acne-free diets dumbasses!!!! Acne doesn’t have anything with what you eat. that’s something you get when you’re a teenager. NOT Chocolate or food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Technically, carbs are not BAD for you. Refined grains and processed foods are. If you check out my website I talk more in detail about how people with acne should, in the beginning of the diet, avoid grains until their bodies are well cailbrated, etc… andddd I could go on but my point is that this video only gives me enough time to state general statements, hope that helps!

I don’t think any meats are “cleaner” than others. It all depends on if the meat is organic grass fed meat. There is no need to go lean because my acne got better when I increased my saturated fats. I got everything but the kifer – coconut oil is amazing!

hey pnuemax, you should definitely avoid sugar and white flour in general. Things that are better for you are brown rice, sprouted whole grain and whole oats because they still contain the original fiber as nature intended. I talk about all these foods on my website, you should definitely check it out, it’s step 2 that you’re looking for in the regimen.

I heard the only carbs to avoid are sugar and wheat and white flour. Can’t you still eat things like corn, brown rice, sprouted whole grain breads, and whole oats? I read that whole grains such as these are also sources of good fats. And other ones also include nuts, seeds, green leafy vegetables, oily fish, and avocados?
