Are Obagi products for redness?

I was reading up on Obagi products. I don’t have pigment problems. My problem is more redness for acne that is healing, within the last 6 months. I get 1-2 pimples at a time, althought I am just mainly looking at dealing with the redness. Are Obagi products for redness or mainly pigmentation/brown spots?
