I mostly get blackheads and the odd pimple or two every once in a while. My skin gets both dry and oily, and I just want to know what I can do to take care of it.

I break out often and have combination skin, and I have a lot of acne scars. I have used clinique, which made my skin worse and cannot go to the dermatologist because it has been said that their prescriptions often fail once you stop the regimen. I have combination skin, and the top of my nose has blackheads.
I was wondering if there was any way to minimize the appearance?

I just turned 27, and I want to prevent the wrinkles before they start. I’m totally clueless when it comes to skin care. What types of products should I be using and how often? Right now i just use basic face wash. I don’t need brand names, but if you have some to recommend that would be good too.
