Aqua Glycolic Face Cream, 2-Ounces
When I opened my jar, there was an air bubble that displaced at least half of the cream, so the jar was half-full.
When I contacted Merz Pharmaceuticals, their rep, “Jessica Handshoe” informed me that I could return the jar but did not offer to send me a new one or even refund my money.
Ironically, I like the cream as well as the facial cleanser, but not if Merz is going to cheat me out of half the product.

This is a good face cream with a small amount of alphaglycolic acid in it which is a mild form of a chemiclas that used as a “face peel”. The amount in the cream is small. It is ok as a lubricating face cream. Overpriced.

This is wonderful as a hand cream, but as a face cream, I’m not impressed. It does moisturize nicely, but I haven’t seen evidence it’s doing anything else. I’ll be using this for my hands and switching back to Alpha-Hydrox from here on out.
