Apply an astringent like witch hazel. It helps reduce oiliness. If its a bit harsh mix a bit of rose water in it. Use creams containing AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Fruit acids) like glyco-creams that will clear away any dead skin cells and "expose" the blackhead. Use the AHA's every 3 days or so. Wash your face with a gentle water-soluble cleanser. Apply a clay mask that does not contain ingredients such as mint or peppermint. It will absorb excess oil from the skin surface. If you have dry skin, use oil-absorbing papers to clean the face. Apply exfoliant or a scrub that will help remove dead skin from your face.
