A dermatologist is a medical doctor and it would take many years to become one!

You have to go to medical school to become a dermatologist. Dermatologists are doctors.

I believe you need to be a Dr to be a dermatologist. So, you’d have to go to Med school then become an Intern, a resident then finally an attending. Maybe with your experience you could cut some corners but that would be when you’re specializing in Dermatology.
