Here’s a really really dumb question, but I am a tomato fanatic…but now everyones saying it’s actually classified as a fruit….does that mean I should cut that right back?

I use chillies in my cooking too but I normally use it in mild form as I don’t like to eat too hot stuff.. If it affects your acne then cut it down I guess.. Just my opinion..

Well, from what I know.. if you have scarring try massaging it using scar gel.. I use scar gel which is more of the vegan type and I massage it on my acne scar.. I noticed it slowly/gradually visible and the scar is not as deep as it use to be.. Try massaging your scar.. This was also informed to me by my aesthetician.. So try that,,

Yes.. I normally eat better now and I stopped drinking cow’s milk as I read that it’s probably the hormons in the cow’s milk which came from the female cow might be the reasons… Anyway, I rarely have acnes now.. and I exercise everyday… and I follow this doctor’s advice and I eat more organic foods nowadays.. I’ve been doing this for 2 months now.. and I drink non-dairy milk too..

His suggestions are right, and it really helps me.. I feel great!!! I hope you do too..

Oh my god, I have cystic acne too. (It’s how I got on this site.) I try to eat as clean as I can. But if I consume sugar, I notice break outs immediately afterward. Do you eat really clean now? I’m cutting out all sugar now. I think I had a Powerade and it caused me to break.

he is ABSOLUTLEY right. i suffered from eczema for 15 years until i realised it was artificial food additives such as the sweetener aspartame that was causing the reaction. once i eliminated these additives my eczema disappeared. i wish he was my doctor all those years ago.

What he said is really true… I’ve changed my diet after I realized that I’ve skin reactions or hormonal changes.. and now, my cystic acnes under control (seldom appears now compared to before).. and the blemishes started to heal.. I’m trying to control my stress and just eat right.. more greens… and exercise.. and be happy .. I wear less makeups or no makeups on weekdays now.. compared to before..

I totally agree with this Dr…Thank you Sir!!

his advice is SO true. in april 2009 issue of elle magazine, a woman who suffered from terrible cystic acne in her adult yrs found the cure by changing her diet & also realized it was a hormonal problem.
