what age should kids start a skin care regimen? obviously since birth they would wash there face with water but at what age should they use face soap and toner and lotion?

Prob 13 -15? When problems start to surface, example pimples, oily skin. But if there’s no significant problem, I think they can start skin care regimen at much later age like 18.
