What are some good skin care tips from the inside out?

20 Jan

Long story short: I looked in the mirror the other day and thought “Dad?”. Yeah. I’m getting older.
I would love to hear some tips for skin care that’s ingested. Food, drink and supplements, etc.
One thing I don’t require is topical skin care tips. I have my lotion and sunblock that I apply daily. I’m good with that.

    eating and drinking is a HUGE factor and the daily recommended amount of water a day is 2-3 bottles. definitely try to eat fruits and veggies to replace the bad food you’d usually have. exercise at least once a week for about an hour. this will really affect the way your skin looks. vitamin a, c, and e really help your skin look fresh and make sure you moisturize your face. getting a good amount of sleep always contributes too.

    your body need to be taken care of like a puppy lol :)

    * One or more serving of fruit a day
    * At least 2-3 servings of seafood a day
    * 8 glasses of water a day (at least)
    * 1-3 servings of calcium
    * 3-5 servings of fruit a day
    * 1-2 servings of carbs (or grain)

    When it comes to your skin it is what you take in that can result in the quality and care you take towards yourself internally. By having a healthy diet and also time to exercise (at least 1 hour a day) you will suddenly see results in how your skin will change.

    Good Luck ! :]

    Take Cod Liver OIl Tablets & Vitamin E Tablets daily.
    Eat lots of veggies and fruits for essential vitamins.
    Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice squeezed in it once a day to detox
    No fizzy drinks/processed foods. Eat lots of fish & pulses like lentils.
    Work out daily, even if its a walk or lifting some weights for a few mins.
    Try making your own ‘super juices’ with veggies and fruit juices mixed up. Try aloe vera juice shots.
    Use natural products on your face such as sweet almond oil, or coconut oil. If youve got spots of blemishes use tea tree oil.
