Goats milk is best becouse the PH level is very close to our own! I would say two spoons of milk and a few drops of honey and let it sit on your face for 10-15 minutes.Then wash off with luke warm! water

ive done this. it doesnt really matter how much of each. I’d say use like a drop of huny and like two spoons of milk =]
