Excellent informative video. Easy to understand, if one has a science background, otherwise, I could imagine it could be a bit confusing. It answered the question of 7-keto uses versus DHEA for women. It depends on status of estrogen production. Pls let MD know before you go experimenting with either of these supplments.

It is also important to make sure that these hormones are utilized quickly rather than staying in the bloodstream for long periods of time. Chinese formulas through L&M increase hormone receptor sites helping the body to use them and cycle them out of the bloodstream.

Bioperine is the best absorbative agent to take because it doesn’t increase intestinal permeability like capsaicin.

I’ve read studies about DHEA being used in patients with osteoporosis and it seems to increase bone.
Is there any chance of side effects like larger bones if DHEA is taken by a young and healthy individual?
I’ve read in some forums about people who took steroids and got larger bones specially in the face. I’m wonderin if DHEA could have a similar effect.
