Thanks for your comment. I looked up Dr. Chi’s book. It’s pretty pricey, like $80. to over $100., I guess because it’s far from it’s print date. Is there anyway to get pretty much the same info less expensively? By the way I have vertical nail ridges and taking adrenal glandulars helps me a lot.
