It is very good for the skin dermatologist recommended,I use the soap cleanser pat dry...wait about 3/min. Then I use the Cetaphil Facial Moisturizer with spf 15,they also have a spf 50 you can use this on all skin types,Walgreen's carry the line of products or any Walmart I'm sure.... Hope this helps!!!
