any skin experts out there? difficult skin need honest good products and suggestions help!?

24 Mar

i have really difficult sensitive skin. i started breaking out with reg plus cystic acnce since 3rd grade. everything either breaks me out or dries me out. i have been on meds, proactive, sonya dakar, clinique, bliss, murad, natural products & cannot find anything that works. i’m 32 &starting to see discoloration, fine lines eyes, smile marks around mouth, dull skin, but anything antiaging breaks me out. the best lotion i used was bliss the youth as we know it, but i started breaking out after a few weeks, but it made my skin lift a lot. proactive works for a while & then i start to have a reaction & it dries out my skin & i can’t use it for months or longer. i don’t have a ton to spend but need something that really works for sensitive skin that is aging, looking dull, large pores, but still breaking out! help! i’m currently using bliss sleeping peel cream cleanser, sleeping peel gel toner, an oz of prevention am & pm. still breaking out, lots of large pores & dull skin.
i don’t think the bliss products are really working for me, i was hoping more expensive would mean work better. i also use the mineral makeup, started that a few months ago with no negative reactions. i would just like to have makeup free skin. i also tried hope in a bottle by philosophy and that made me break out as well.

thanks!

I need help finding a new skin care routine?

06 Mar

Ok, I have been using this routine for a while now and I think it’s time to change it. Because some of the products aren’t working as well as they used to.Right now i’m using:
Cetaphil moisturizer for dry sensitive skin – This stuff saved my skin during the winter. But it tends to make my skin feel oily and sometimes i’ll break out.Occasionaly I’ll use Neutrogena oil-free moisture – I love the fact that it has sunscreen so I can wear it for when I go outside but the only drawback is it doesn’t really moisturize my skin it gets flaky.I have mild acne just mostly blackheads so I use Clean&clear Advantage acne spot treatment -Sometimes it works well sometimes it doesn’t i’ve also tried benzoal peroxide and I didn’t like that.So thats what I use.. If you feel I should remove anything or add something please let me know what product and where you can get it I prefer getting it from cvs.I heard your supposed to be using a brightening serum and I want to use an antiaging cream like olay
Oh and I also use biore nose and forhead blackhead strips I like those… Thanks for all your help!

What’s in Your Anti-aging Skin Cream? You Really Need to Know

26 Jan

An anti aging skin cream must have the correct ingredients to give your skin that smooth radiant glow. Most anti-aging creams don’t even  come close to delivering what your skin needs. Your skin needs new collagen and elastin.  It needs new cells and fibers.  Let me show you what you need in anti aging cream to regain that smooth beautiful look.  Also I’ll show you some ingredients to avoid.

As I mentioned, to get that new fresh look from your anti aging skin cream you need collagen and elastin.  As we get older we get less.  Your body needs to produce new elastin and collagen.  When it does those terrible wrinkles slowly begin to leave.  Then in time that new, fresh, younger looking face begins to appear

Skin’s Building Blocks

Not all proteins are alike but they are referred to as the building blocks of the skin.  On such protein is called Keratin.  If Keratin  isn’t constructed or made the right way,  it will not penetrate the skin.  Therefore, most skin care products contain a useless type of “keratin”. The correct type of keratin must be in the anti aging skin cream or it is worthless. How do we find the correct type of keratin?

Ingredients that Work

Functional Keratin, also known as, Cynergy TK is a protein when added to an anti aging cream helps remove wrinkles.  It is the only type that I found that really works. Other companies claim to have keratin but it is usually from the wrong source therefore doesn’t work.

From the Sea of Japan comes an ingredient that is a must for anti aging skin creams.  It is called Wakame.  Wakame is an algae or sea kelp that has a lot of good ingredients such as, potassium, B vitamins, iron, sodium and calcium.

A laboratory analysis of the sea kelp found that a component in it helps promote smooth and younger looking skin. And that is what anti aging creams are supposed to do.

As a extra bonus Wakame is an excellent antioxidant which will successfully fight free radicals.  It will also help increase the skin’s protein level.

Antioxidants

Usually we think of antioxidants coming with the vitamins we take.  But since free radicals damage skin cells it is very beneficial to include them in the skin cream.

Antioxidants like wakame, vitamin E and CoQ10 should be in anti-aging skin creams.  But they also should be natural not some synthetic filler.

Special, Effective Formula

Nano-lipobelle is a special ‘nano-emulsion’ form of CoQ10, which PENETRATES DEEPLY into your skin.  It is created in such a way that it will penetrate through seven layers of skin.  It contains both COQ10 and vitamin E in a special emulsion created specially for use as an anti-aging skin cream.  How effective is Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 in skin care?  When applied to your skin, Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 can produce quite a dramatic anti-wrinkle effect, which has been confirmed by scientific studies. This is due to its ability to increase collagen and elastin production in the skin.

Ingredients to Avoid

Briefly, let’s look at a few of the things that an anti-aging skin cream should not contain:
-alcohol because it is drying. (stearyl and cetearyl alcohol are fine. They are waxes and have nothing in common with the alcohols that cause skin problems.)
-fragrance because it can be irritating.
-sunscreen because it alone does not reduce the risk of skin cancer and some compounds are hazardous.
-parabens because they are cancer causing suspects.
-paraffin wax or mineral oil because they clog the pores and strip natural oils, leading to dryness.

Our skin is our largest organ.  We need to be careful what touches it since whatever does could end up in our blood.  This is a common sense health precaution. If you wouldn’t eat it don’t put it on your skin.  Use only natural ingredients in your anti-aging skin care creams. For more information please see my website.  – Thanks, Margaret Bell

What You Need for Your Wrinkle Cure and Antiaging Skin Care Solutions to Work Effectively

24 Jan

There are tons of wrinkle cures and antiaging skin care products on the market today that promise clear and smooth skin. Unfortunately, only a few of them actually work well. Why is this? Well, it all comes down to one important thing: the active ingredients that are used in the product’s formula.

Before we get into ingredients, let’s narrow down our choices of skin care products considerably. If you want to get the best results possible, stick with all-natural or organic products. Organic products use powerful all-natural ingredients that do not harm your skin. Also, don’t go looking for products at your local drugstore or department store. These products are cheap, and for a good reason. The ingredients they use are often cheap and not natural, meaning they can cause negative side effects on your skin. And chances are, you won’t experience too much results using these kinds of products.

An effective wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care product only uses the best active ingredients to reverse the signs of aging. There are probably more ingredients than there are skin care products out there, so it’s very important to know what to look for. Let’s go over a few key ingredients that you should look for, and why.

One of the best ingredients to fight off signs of aging is active manuka honey, which is gathered from the manuka tree found uncultivated in New Zealand. Active manuka honey contains scientifically-proven healing properties for the skin. It’s special enzymes give it amazing antibacterial and antioxidant properties. Manuka honey will even help cure skin blemishes and stimulate your immune system. This was only been able to be included in any antiaging skin care product recently, as a U.S. company found a way to convert the honey to a powder form. Now, it’s a must-have ingredient.

Make sure to look for natural vitamin E in any wrinkle cure or antiaging skin care product. Natural vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that combats damaging effects on your skin. It’s also been scientifically shown to reverse the effects of aging on the skin, significantly reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and stretch marks. Just make sure the wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care product you choose does not contain a synthetic form of vitamin E, as it’s not nearly as effective.

One more ingredient you should look is shea butter. Shea butter is a wonderful moisturizer rich in vitamin A, vitamin E, and many essential fatty acids. The moisturizers in shea butter are practically identical to those produced by the sebaceous glands in the skin. It’s really good at smoothing out wrinkles and stretch marks. Because it contains a large “healing fraction”, regular use of it can alleviate many kinds of skin problems, including aging signs, sunburns, eczema, skin allergies, and other skin conditions. In just four to six weeks, shea butter can make your skin softer, smoother, and younger looking.

But most importantly, an effective wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care product will contain ingredients that target the three main causes of aging. These are 1) loss of collagen and elastin, 2) damage caused by free radicals, and 3) low levels of hyaluronic acid

To learn which ingredients best target these three causes of aging, and to learn which ingredients you should avoid in any skin care product, go to http://www.skin-and-health-site.com

Wrinkle Cure And Antiaging Skin Care Trap – Shocking Facts That You Need To Know Now

02 Jan

We all age and have to face the signs of skin aging like wrinkles and fine lines. A majority of the people fall into the trap of useless wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care products, while some aware people do their research and age gracefully with a young and vibrant looking skin well into their mature years.

It is not a very happy moment in life when you suddenly realize that the need for an effective wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care regimen has come. This happens one day while looking in the mirror, you discover some fine lines and wrinkles that have become more clearly visible.

This situation is definitely not welcome, but it is an inevitable fact of life and we all have to face it someday or the other. In this article, I shall guide you through some latest findings and scientific developments in the field of wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care, which shall help you achieve a young, smooth and vibrant skin.

There are plenty of skin care product companies that promise effective anti aging products. They mass market their products through big budgets on advertisements. But you should be watchful against these types of brands, as they use synthetic fillers and harmful chemicals that are available cheaply to make up for the huge amounts of money that they spend on useless advertisements.

Here are some of the chemicals that are widely used in wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care products that you must avoid against -

1) Parabens – These are widely used as preservatives in skin care products because they are cheap. They are known to cause cancer and interfere with the endocrine system functioning. They also cause allergic reactions and rashes.

2) Phenol Carbolic acid – These are known to cause paralysis, convulsions and even death from respiratory failure.

3) Triclosan – It is an anti-bacterial agent and widely used in skincare products. You would be surprised to know that it is actually a weed killer. It creates strains of bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics.

4) Alcohols – Various different types of alcohols like ethanol, methanol, isopropyl alcohol and SD alcohol are used in wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care products. These cause severe dryness and make your skin more prone to attacks of bacteria, moulds and viruses.

5) Fragrances – They are added to create a nice smell in skin care products. But their health costs are too heavy as they are created out of synthetic chemicals. They can refer to up to 4000 different ingredients. A lot of them are toxic and carcinogens. They are known to affect the central nervous system and cause depression, hyperactivity and irritability.

Visit my website to find out a complete list of harmful substances and chemicals which are being used in wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care products, that you should avoid. We apply anti aging creams and lotions to get a healthy and glowing skin, and not to hazard our health and life!

Avoid any products that contain any of the above mentioned harmful substances. In their place, look out for natural ingredients that have been scientifically proven in skin rejuvenation and healing wrinkles.

Some of the cutting edge natural substances that you should look out for are Cynergy TK, Phytessence Wakame and Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10. These are among the best and most effective in natural wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care.

Cynergy TK is a cutting edge breakthrough natural substance pioneered in New Zealand. It enhances the natural production of youth giving skin proteins called collagen and elastin in our body. This way it gives total and long lasting freedom from wrinkles and fine lines.

Phytessence Wakame is an extract of a Japanese sea kelp. It is amazing in its role in improving skin moisture retention and elasticity. It helps to maintain the balance of the vital hyaluronic acid in our body, which acts like a “glue” to bind our skin cells and give smooth and supple skin. It is also rich in minerals, vitamins, calcium and antioxidants.

Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10 is the best in antioxidants. It is a nano version of the most popular dietary supplement and antioxidant called Coenzyme Q10. Its nano version penetrates 7 layers deep into the skin and counters free radical damage from deep within.

Visit my website to find out in greater detail about what amazing natural ingredients that you should look for in and what harmful substances that you should avoid in the best wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care solutions to achieve a young, beautiful and naturally glowing skin.
